  • Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Right on Sylvan Lake in Rome City,IN. Some of the best bass, crappie, walleye fishing right out from the house. Or just read a book or watch a movie and enjoy the scenery of a lake front property. Also has washer & dryer if you need it. There is 2 dock spaces if you want to bring your own boats and room for your boat trailer. Also have a pontoon I rent out if you need one. Enjoy the firepit to end the evening. Lots to do making this a great place to visit year round. 2 kayaks . You can fish from the dock, make s'mores at the fire pit. Hiking & biking trails nearby.NO SMOKING, AND NO PARTIES!!
