"The house is a very impressive conversion of a barn and farmhouse. The height of the central area does mean that there is an inevitable lack of natural light at either end however. The kitchen, with lights on, is excellent and very well equipped but the TV area is rather gloomy, at least in September. "Good overnight stop on the way back from south of France, food was good in the restaurant and a reasonable price for a hotel, didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Nice big tv in room to watch premier league football and Miami f1 qualifying. My husband and son were happy with that as well. Beds were comfortable, only criticism was my adult son’s bed only had a thin blanket and no duvet, he said he was cold in the night."
