"Beautiful design of the rooms including original paintings signed by the painters. High quality bedding and comfortable bed. Perfect location within a few meters from the Roman Amphitheater, Kapana, craft coffee roastery and galleries and restaurants in the Old Town. Great place to enjoy the architecture of the period, enjoy the view towards the church next door and relax with a glass of wine by the window with a view towards the houses in the Old Town. Car access to the Old Town being guests of the hotel, which is otherwise not accessible by car, and the free parking was a big plus. Reception staff was very friendly and accommodating at all hours of the day and night. The hotel has 24hr staffed reception and they were helpful to supply ice upon request. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer."

"Excellent in all ways. Great staff—all speak English; great breakfast; great antiquíties in the basement. The beds are basic but comfortable. The rooms are very clean. The Hotel is close to all the important spots. Dmitar is so helpful (everyone is). We would stay there again with no qualms."

"The property is beautiful, close to everything, you are able to walk almost everywhere in the city from the hotel. You have to pay to use the pool and other amenities."

"Beautiful room and the attention to detail was incredible. Good price and great location. However, we feel that we were taken advantage of by the owner. It could have been a simple misunderstanding but he said our credit card didn't go through and demanded secondary payment and we ended up being charged twice. And then at dinner we were overcharged again when he said the side dish was included and it wasn't. He also dropped our dishes and instead of giving us maybe a complimentary glass of wine we got nothing. The food was great but we still left with a bad taste in our mouths."

"Excellent staff at the front desk: one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I have ever stayed at. Biggest downside of hotel is that people smoke either in the rooms or on the balconies and the smell of cigarette smoke enters the rooms."

"Room was on top floor. Lovely view. Spacious, clean and quiet. Gorgeous building too. There is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Only thing missing was plates and cutlery which would have been handy. Also another chair in the double room would be nice. But this is picky. The room was splendid and within walking distance to everything."
