"Clean, well maintained, with decent amenities, a couple of food options. One downside. Casino brings a lot of patrons, and the parking lot gets full. Should be a dedicated parking lot up front for people staying at the hotel"

"This is my fourth stay at the Springhill Suites. It’s always very clean, quiet, caters to a very professional crowd, and the staff is awesome. I had one problem, the hotel charged my card twice for incidentals and I had to wait to get $400 returned on my card for 7-10 days. That was an extreme inconvenience but other than that, the stay was great!"

"The door into the building from the parking lot is always locked, which is great, because it cannot be seen from the front desk, but it is difficult to enter with the room key. The key is a typical credit card-like key, but the electronic reader was wonky. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. The cards worked well on the room doors but not on the entrance door. It was an inconvenience to walk around the building to get it the main entrance if the card did not work."
