Executive Log Home on Beautiful Lower Post Lake All Seasons
10/10 Excellent
"What an amazing vacation our family had in upper Wisconsin!!! Thank you Jim and Rasa for sharing your beautiful, log home in one of the most beautiful areas in the upper mid west with our family! Cleanliness, decor, and amenities were top notch and it is located in such a peaceful, serene spot with beautiful views of the lake! Thank you for your quick responses and help with any questions we had about your home or the area. Our grandchildren played hard, lacking nothing to do, from sun up to sun down! They had so much fun fishing, kayaking, hunting for frogs, swimming, boating, hot tubbing, biking, walking, and s'more making around the fire pit! As grandparents we couldn't have asked for anything better than to see them having so much fun! Adults enjoyed relaxing on the wrap around deck with the most comfy Adirondack chairs. Perfect relaxation for our morning coffee! Our little 7 year-olds were most excited to be able to kayak by themselves!! Our one little grandson is such a homebody but he didn't get crabby once (ha-ha) as there was so much to do. At dark it was board game time inside! A vacation and gathering with our kids and grands we will all treasure forever! They all would love to come back again and we would definitely stay here if ever in the area again."
"Pool and hot tub were not open. The faucets in the bathrooms off the breakfast area sprayed water directly on my clothes and the floor. Iwiped up the floor so rest of guests would not slip. We reported it and they did not even put up a caution sign. They said there was no dryer on site for me to even dry my clothes. They were out of milk at the breakfast for both days we were there and couldn't get milk from the grocery next door because they have an account with Walmart and delivery was a week away. I asked for the manager as I have never given a bad review, but of course they're not there and the business card sitting there whom I wanted to contact is no longer with the hotel. It was very disappointing but I would say the rooms themselves are very nice."
Renovated Waterfront Northwoods Cabin with NEW 2024 Pontoon Boat and fire pit
10/10 Excellent
"If your goal is to get away and just be, this is the place. It feels quite secluded although driving to the gas station, country store or to have a meal out is less than five miles. Hosts are very available and responsive."
Private Cozy Luxury Cabin in Woods across from Lake, UTV trails - Pet Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin was clean and well decorated. There were deer in the back yard when we arrived. We watched hummingbirds during the day at the feeders. The beds were very comfortable and the area was peaceful and quiet. It was a wonderful place to relax."
