a) I wanted to inform my late arrival but front desk was very difficult to reach
b) Asked Front desk of my options to go to airport at 3:00am. He was not polite.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Check-in was seamless, and our room was ready way before regular check in time.
The room itself was immaculate—beautifully designed, stunning view of the lake, spacious, and stocked with every amenity we could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the housekeeping by Maggie kept everything spotless throughout our stay.
What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail and the personalized service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely invested in our comfort especially Pablo Criado. Whether it was the concierge helping us plan a day of sightseeing or the restaurant staff remembering our preferences, the service was simply world-class.
The on-site dining was another highlight. Each meal was delicious. The breakfast/brunch was especially impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. Our waiter for dinner was
Alex and the service was outstanding.
The property itself is stunning, with beautifully views, perfect location and excellent amenities and the spa experience was top-notch, Jessica was amazing with her massage service.
We’ve stayed at many luxury hotels, but this one stands out for its exceptional service, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

The property was very nice until we got to the room. The room seemed more dark and dingy. Very expensive for the quality of the room. Staff were extremely nice and the hotel was more central to different parks and modes of transportation.
