"The property was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood. This is the first time a property was nicer than expected. It was a pleasant surprise. Prompt response from the owner when needed. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed the patio area as well. I plan to rent again when in the Sarasota area. "

"I had several issues during my stay- 1. The room was ok, but I did see multiple cockroaches in the room 2. Water pressure in the shower was too low and the temperature was unpredictable. The shower was difficult to adjust for the temperature. 3. TV had weird bright and dark spots on the screen making it difficult to view programs 4. The room and the entire floor had a weird smell. The property feels pretty stuffy from inside. 5. The elevator didn't work one of the days Few of the positives: 1. Breakfast was included. It's pretty basic, but still having that included was a major convenience 2. I was visiting someone from Ringling College and the proximity of the property to the college was a plus 3. I took a red-eye flight and reached early in the morning (around 9:00). The property staff accommodated me for early check in. They prepared a room by 10:45 which was huge help for me after a long flight. 4. Plenty of free parking"

"This hotel room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area was quiet despite being so close to the airport. The breakfast was mostly carb and sugar items (muffins, cereal, waffles, etc) that I don't eat (my problem, not theirs). The eggs were straight up gross and inedible."
