The best area to stay in Rojiște for most travellers is the central part of the village, particularly around the main road, Strada Principală.

This area is the heart of Rojiște, offering the most convenient access to local amenities and the village's everyday life. You'll find a few local shops and eateries here, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a meal. The general layout is linear, following the main road, with residential properties and small businesses dotted along it.

For those seeking a quiet rural escape, staying within the main part of Rojiște is ideal. You'll be close enough to experience the local culture and interact with residents, yet still enjoy the peacefulness of the Romanian countryside.

The best time to go to Rojiște is during the late spring (May to June) or early autumn (September to October).

These periods offer pleasant weather, with comfortable temperatures that are ideal for exploring the natural beauty and outdoor activities the region provides. You'll avoid the hotter summer months and the colder, potentially snowy winter.

Late spring is particularly good for those who enjoy wildflowers and lush green landscapes. The fields and forests around Rojiște are at their most vibrant, making it great for leisurely walks or cycling trips along the Olt River.

Early autumn provides a different but equally appealing experience, with cooler, crisp air and the changing colours of the leaves.
