Apartment in Conjunto Pancho is a lovely 2 bedroom property located in a quiet location, ideal for either a relaxing family holiday in the sun or a golfing holiday. The property is a ground floor apartment which comprises of a lounge/diner with access to the terrace with a garden to relax or sunbathing, behind it has a patio where you can be sunbathing too which has fantastic views across the salt lake and sea, well equipped kitchen (inc fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven/ hob), a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and family bathroom. The lounge and bedrooms all have air conditioning. It is furnished with good quality furniture and is well equipped with all the essentials required to enjoy your holiday. The lovely communal swimming pool, with toddler pool, is beautifully maintained and great for couples and families alike. The pool is for the private use of Conjunto Pancho, a small community of properties, and you can often find that you have the pool area to yourself.
WIFI is available at the property, along with TV Sat. Located just half an hour’s drive from both Alicante and Murcia Airports. The golf complex is great area for a holiday, even for non-golfers, with some great restaurants within easy walking distance, which offer good value for money and the well-furnished Club House, with pool terrace and restaurant along with a number of bars and a well-stocked supermarket (all approx. 800mts - 1/2 mile), and further restaurants approximately (approx. 1200 metros - 3/4 mile walking distance), overall offering a great choice of International cuisines. The Spanish town of Rojales is just a 1500mts - 1 mile away, with a local market on a Thursday and more bars and restaurants. The lovely beaches at Guardamar are approximately 8km - 6 miles away (just a 10-minute drive), also there you will find some lovely parks to walk through. Reina Sofia Park is our favourite which is ideal for either a leisurely stroll enjoying the peacocks, red squirrels and terrapins or a play in the large adventure playground. Nearby is the centre of Quesada, which has a number of bars, restaurants and a great water park. Also the seaside town of Torrevieja. Costa Blanca with its Mediterranean diet and warm climate is renowned as one of the healthiest regions of Spain, in fact, the World Health Organization named it as one of the healthiest regions in the world! You will be met at the property by our property manager and a 60 Euro cleaning and preparation cost will be payable upon your arrival. Cleaning includes all laundry including bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool. 30% deposit payable at time of booking and full payment 8 weeks in advance of your stay All electricity, air conditioning and water costs are included in the rental rates. 150€ damage deposit will be payable upon your arrival. This will be promptly refunded once our property manager has collected the keys and checked the property.

Short visit for my parents. Lovely clean apartment with all amenities on doorstep. Brilliant communication & easy check in/check out. Would definitely use again.
The apartment was excellent as was the customer service of the owner. Our flight was delayed so we were unable to get some basic supplies but when we arrive Ruben meet us with some essentials. We were both extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment, pool and the complex. The Air Con in the 2 bedrooms and the lounge dinner was amazing. The TV with english satellite channels was great even though we did not use it too much. One of the great thing we appreciated was the little things like the kitchen item already supplies, salt & pepper, washing up liquid, kitchen towels, loo rolls and all the other stuff you normally have to buy when you 1st arrive.
We highly recommend this property to any one looking for home from home experience. You will not be disappointed.

I have visited this area a few times and will do again. This apartment is in an ideal location and close to the local amenities. It is spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms a fully equipped kitchen diner, bathroom and lounge area with a television. The shared pool is very nice and spotlessly clean. I will be using the apartment on my next visit and would recommend.

Great apartment, near amenities.
Lovely, clean, secure apartment located near Gama supermarket, bars, eateries, chemist and post office. It's a short walk into main Quesada.
The pool is a two minute walk around the corner, but was a bit cold as our stay was early April.
We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Fungerade bra men..........
Lägenheten var inte helt fräsch, fuktlukt i köket, smutsigt duschdraperi, tvättmaskinen flyttade sig utåt vid centrifugering, kylskåpsdörren gick inte att stänga förrän vi tryckte in hela kylskåpet mot väggen (lutande golv???).
Bilden är missvisande, vårt boende var en gata bakom själva poolområdet med utsikt mot gatan och en bakgård åt andra hållet utan någon utsikt, vilket gjorde oss besvikna.

Lovely apartment, well situated
We really enjoyed our stay and Katy looked after us well. It's a short walk away from a little supermarket (Gamma) which stocked all we needed. There was a great little bar Pepa's, where we enjoy fabulous English breakfast in the mornings, an Italian restaurant and a lively bar La Vida, all above the supermarket. There is a free bus on Thursdays from Gamma to a market in Rojares. Only thing I would change is it would have been nice to have had a chair as well as a settee to sit on in the evenings when we watched TV. We'll book it again!
