Enjoy a family getaway in this beautifully renovated home with a private pool. Spend quality time outdoors in various areas: the dining and chill-out terrace, the spacious pool, the artificial grass garden, and the barbecue zone.



Located in the heart of Quesada, you’ll have everything you need within walking distance—restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsstand, banks, terraces, and supermarkets—no car needed. The nearest golf course is just 3 km away, and the famous sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca are about 10 km from the house.



This lovely south-facing home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining area with open kitchen, rooftop terrace, balcony, and a spacious terrace surrounding the house. Outside, relax by the private 9 x 3.5 m pool with outdoor shower and several loungers—perfect for year-round enjoyment. Soak up the sun all day long. In the barbecue area’s loft, you’ll find a washing machine and tableware for outdoor meals.



The house is available for long-term rentals from November to March. All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning. Up to three cars can be parked on the plot in front of the house.
