Located in a private Cul-de-Sac, a 2 minute drive to the Club House or under 15 minute walk (alternatively it's a 5 minute walk if you feel adventurous and decide to take short cut across the fairways!). Main street Quesada is a 5 minute drive away, Guardamar del Segura's blue flag beaches are 10km away.

The property boasts a large plot with plenty of parking space (off-road). The villa is fully detached and has an enormous 10 x 5 private swimming pool. If you are keen golfers or just love to watch people playing golf then this villa is for you, just make sure to duck if there are beginners on course.

The living area is all one floor, there are some steps to access the living level. There is lovely front terrace overlooking the golf course, and once you enter the property you'll find a welcoming living room with dining facilities. All rooms stem from the living room, all with separate entrances. The main bedroom to the left, which boasts a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom. In the middle a further 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 singles, and the 2nd bathroom. To the right of the living room you'll find the kitchen.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.
