ABOUT CH NATURA PARK CIUDAD QUESADA<br>Tourist Licence Number: VT-497124-A<br>A 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalow with a private pool, featuring a pleasant, modern style, conveniently located in a gated community and close to a supermarket for an enjoyable holiday.<br>The bungalow itself is all on one level. Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable three-seater lounge chair, a beautiful coffee table, and a large LED TV with international channels and internet access—or you can simply take in the view of the lovely patio with its pool. You’ll find a dining table for four between the kitchen and the living room.<br>On your right, you’ll find the fully equipped open-concept kitchen with a hob, oven, dishwasher (yes, no dishes to wash), microwave, fridge-freezer, and kettle—all in a pleasant, minimalist style.<br>Both bedrooms feature a double bed and a built-in closet. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. You’ll also find a walk-in shower in the second bathroom. The property has central air conditioning throughout.<br>You can access a large terrace from the living room/kitchen or from outside. The terrace features a large private pool, lounge chairs, and a comfortable outdoor sofa that seats 8 to 10 people, complete with a table and shade—perfect for relaxing or enjoying al fresco meals.<br>The property will be provided with sheets and towels for each bed and guest; please note that these are additional charges and are not included in the departure cleaning fee. The cost is €15.00 per person and will be charged upon receipt of confirmation of the total number of guests booked.<br>Pets may be allowed upon request, depending on the type, size, and number.
