Beautiful Villa

Villa Boya is just perfect . It’s in a great position with fantastic views over the golf course. The gardens and pool area are amazing, you are not overlooked at all so it’s nice and private. The Villa is very well equipped and the beds comfortable. It is only a short walk as well to the golf course and shops, bars and restaurants.

I loved the peaceful atmosphere here, The valley views from the swimming pool are stunning, and it was so nice to relax without the hustle and bustle of city life, The nearby parks were perfect for morning walks, and we found some charming dining spots just a short distance away, Definitely recommend it for a tranquil family vacation!

Super mooie villa die op een zeer rustige plaats gelegen is. Zwembad was top en alles dichtbij in de buurt als je iets nodig hebt. Kinderen hebben hun echt goed geamuseerd. Contact was super tijdens verblijf als je iets wou weten op 5 minuten had je antwoordt. Een leuk bericht bij aankomst en vertrek maakte het zeer persoonlijk en leuk. Flesje cava stond koud bij aankomst, verse handdoeken , .. Kortom hier willen we zeker nog eens terug komen.

Prachtige villa in Rojales

Wij verbleven (feb 25) anderhalve week in dit onderkomen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien: zwembad, airco, verwarming, af te sluiten oprit/parkeerplaats. Het huis zelf is geschikt voor 4 personen, hoewel slaapkamer 2 meer geschikt is voor kinderen (stapelbedden). Enig punt van commentaar is dat het huis in februari koud is.je moet echt de verwarming (airco, plus elektrische heaters) gebruiken om het op temperatuur te krijgen. Buiten is het warmer! De kosten van energie worden apart berekend. Zo’n 5 eur per dag. Overigens heeft de grootste badkamer een douche in een badkuip. Tis maar een weet. Rojales zelf is niet heel erg boeiend, maar ook niets mis mee. Golfbaan vlakbij, je kunt er op uit kijken.

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit Blick auf den Golfplatz. Auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar bis spät in die Nacht draußen sitzen. Pool und Grillplatz sind großartig. Die gesamte Villa wird sehr sauber und komplett möbliert übergeben. Alles für Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden. Für den Garten, das Schwimmbad und auch an regnerischen Tagen im „Keller“. Wir hatten 16 Tage lang einen tollen Urlaub in dieser erstklassigen Lage. Und wenn wir Fragen oder Anmerkungen hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an den Vermieter und/oder den Verwalter wenden.

Die Lage ist großartig. Schöne Aussicht vom Garten. Das Haus ist in Ordnung, die Möbel sind sehr einfach und die Betten sogar sehr mittelmäßig. Das Haus verfügt auch über die nötigen Einrichtungen. Es ist ein großartiger Ort, um eine Weile zu bleiben (ich war einen Monat dort). Bessere Betten und eine ebenerdige Dusche für den Meister wären eine willkommene Verbesserung. Der Service des Personals vor Ort war sehr gut. Auch der Garten ist gepflegt.

Mooie villa, netjes en verzorgd meubilair! Zwembad is heerlijk en wordt netjes wekelijks onderhouden. Overal heerlijk airco wat wel nodig is bij temperaturen van 34°, als ik 1 minpuntje moet noemen is dat de mogelijkheid van in de schaduw zitten achteraan wel beperkt is tot onder een parasol zitten, die je ook niet de hele dag kan openzetten owv de wind op de heuvel. Je hebt ook wel een mooi overdekt terras aan de villa maar daar is het ook te warm omdat er geen wind aan kan. Ligt natuurlijk ook aan de hoge temperaturen die we hadden tijdens onze vakantie dus bij normalere omstandigheden mag dit geen punt zijn 😉 Al bij al zeker z'n geld waard en we zouden zeker terugkomen!!!!
