"For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. "Unfortunately room 618 is quite small. The refrigerator did not work. No air conditioner was available even though the temperature was warm. Hotel staff informed that winter rules applied for April. We had to open the windows and the street noise, including the train noise could be heard. We are regular customers of NH Hotels and this experience was extremely dissapointing. "
