Walsroder Hof

Walsroder Hof

10/10 Excellent
"Great staff. Helped me understand the blue parking passes for if the parking lot was full. There is a small parking lot right behind the hotel, but it fills up. Room was great; quiet and clean. We had plenty of space in our room. The bed was a little too firm for my preferences, but it was ok. I liked the breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cheese, various meats and veggies, juice, yogurt. Great location."

The best area to stay in Rohrsen is directly within the village centre, particularly around the main road, the Verdener Landstrasse.

This central area offers the most convenience for visitors. The Verdener Landstrasse runs through the heart of Rohrsen, providing easy access to local amenities like the village's bakery and a restaurant. It's a compact village, so everything is generally within a short walk or drive.

The best time to visit Rohrsen is during the late spring and summer months, from May to September, when the weather is at its most pleasant.

During this period, you'll experience mild to warm temperatures, ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lower Saxony region. This is also when local events and festivals are more frequent.

For those who enjoy outdoor pursuits and sightseeing without the chill, these months offer the most comfortable conditions.
