The restaurant and bar offer a great selection of food and beverages. The sauna and gym facilities were excellent, clean and well maintained. What really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. My only complaint was that the breakfast choices are limited and the food is all cold. Aside from that, this darling gem of a hotel is 10 out of 10!"Reviewed November 4, 2026Return • London (LON) - Zürich (ZRH)LHR - ZRH • Direct ZRH - LGW • DirectAU$939AU$743found 1 day agoper traveller - citizenM Zürich

Old Town Zürich3 nights4.0 star property9.2/10 - Wonderful (1,193 reviews)"Non-Cleaning policy of the property is going too far. In four nights the default - unless you request differently - is ZERO cleaning - of course yall in the name of the environment, not the hight cost of housekeeping staff in CH… Furthermore it was not properly cleaned to begin with. I have stayed many times, as location & staff are amazing, but they really need to focus on their product. If they dont execute their bare minimum service / room product well enough, it will quickly slide down the..."Reviewed November 6, 2026Return • London (LON) - Zürich (ZRH)LHR - ZRH • Direct ZRH - LGW • DirectAU$969AU$769found 1 day agoper traveller - Holiday Inn Zurich - Messe by IHG

We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay."Reviewed October 10, 2026Return • London (LON) - Zürich (ZRH)LHR - ZRH • Direct ZRH - LGW • DirectAU$820AU$658found 1 day agoper traveller

"Wonderful place! Great location- 10 minute walk from train station and 5 from Altstadt and shops, cafes and bars. Has a great garden bar area and dining room. It's Europe, has no a/c like many Europeanhotels- so in the Summer, bring fans and ask for one for your room."
