Here is an absolutely stunning villa located on the sea itself with a large salt water heated pool, sea views from every which corner of the house, and splendid luxuries spread throughout. Villa Marvellais truly elegant in style with luminous, airy open living spaces, a fireplace, sauna, state of the art kitchen, romantic lighting, large en-suite bedrooms and bathrooms with double sinks and clawfoot standalone tubs - a complete setup for a dream vacation. The gorgeous deck facing the sea offers sun loungers, dining area with a barbecue and comfortable seating areas to enjoy the sunsets. Every detail has been carefully thought through for your comfort including the fabrics, the linens and the furnishings.Hospitable hosts are awaiting your arrival. Welcome to the Adriatic.
    With five en-suite bedrooms tenadult guests are comfortably accommodated. If there are more in your party there are two dazzling sister villas just next door.
    Rogoznica,a former fishing village, isa popular tourist destination known for its sheltered bay,pebble beaches,calm sea andclose proximity to Šibenik in one direction and Split in the other.Most notably, a UNESCO old town Trogir is a 30 minute drive and worth a visit. Because of its size the town is lovely for easy walks and much of its attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches are all nearby and can be reached on foot. We recommend visiting the local market for fresh fish and produce.
    For transparency: please account for 1000 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. From November to April pool heating is available with an additional pool heating fee. Please inquire about pets. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Extraordinary journey!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this house in Rogoznica, Croatia. It certainly surpassed all of our expectation. Beautiful home in a peaceful and quiet setting .The pool overlooking the Adriatic was great but we all loved swimming in the crisp and clear sea even better. Grocery markets were a few minutes away with a car. Restaurants in town offered good food, mostly fish, and people were very friendly. Visit to nearby town of primosten is a must. We will definitely go back there again soon.

Brilliant service!

This place was beautiful - exactly as pictured. We met the owner at arrival and he was so nice and very helpful. It is a gorgeous place, exactly as pictured and the view of the sea from the heated pool is amazing. Well stocked and has everything you could need - everything in the kitchen (and throughout the house) is high end and beautiful and easy to use. The place is new and immaculate - very clean and tidy. The location is also fantastic. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the super cute historic town of Primosten, just a short and safe walk to Rogoznica, and about a 30 minute drive from Trogir and also close to Sibenik and Krka national park. Great location but peaceful and quiet on your own strip of private waterfront property. Highly recommend. And the owner is the best - he is so super nice and accommodating and is nearby to help with anything you need. We hope to be back again!!!!
