Outdoor covered patio (outdoor sink, refrigerator, lighting/ceiling fans and charcoal grill) This lovely property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Parking for 4 cars! Enjoy the convenience of walking to downtown shops and Rogersville City Park (disc golf, kids splash pad, baseball, basketball, pickleball and more), Joe Wheeler State Park, local fun, and the metropolitan areas nearby—Huntsville, the Florence tri-city area, and Nashville only 1 1/2 hours away. The local area has a great small-town charm with many outdoor activities close by—fishing, boating, skiing, hiking, and just enjoying the fresh air.
