Very Nice Property
The host was very accommodating - we needed to extend our stay by an extra day at the last minute and they were wonderful. The house is very nice and comfortable. The only unfavorable part is having to back out onto a busy street, and not enough room to really turn around. But held our group and we appreciated the assist with the extra night.

Awesome property
We stayed for 3 nights while visiting with family. The property looks exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and roomy. I had a couple of questions throughout the stay and Sarah was very responsive and helpful. The house is stocked with anything you would need during your stay. The fenced backyard is nice for your pups. I will say that the house is on a very busy road, and though the house sits back off of the road there is a lot of noise from traffic is loud at times and always noticeable. There is also a lot of checkout rules. I stay in vacation rentals anytime we travel and there seemed to be a few more than I am used to. Overall, great property, great host, great stay. Would definitely recommend.

We love this home!
We have stayed here multiple times and love everything about it. We have primarily used for family overflow at Christmas, but it would be great for a large family or group. The backyard is spacious, fenced and perfect for evenings with the fire pit and grill. The home is spotless, and communication with the owner is quick and easy. Inside is updated and has everything you need. We highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay at the property and yet once again we were thoroughly pleased with our stay. While being very spacious the home still has a very comfy and cozy feel to it. The deck and fenced backyard is a lifesaver if you are traveling with fur babies. The home is always immaculately clean upon checkin in addition to having all the necessities of home that you may need during your stay. It is conveniently located to take advantage of all the Rogers and Bentonville areas have to offer. I would recommend this home without a moments hesitation.

Great place to stay for graduation.
Our daughter was graduating from UofA so we selected this house so that friends and family would have somewhere to gather for meals and celebration. Location was great since it was away from Fayetteville that was super busy on graduation weekend. House has a great setup with a nice back yard so everyone could spread out. House was very clean and had everything we needed. They even left us a bottle of local wine to enjoy.

Perfect for biking family with dogs!
We had a wonderful stay in Rogers. We appreciated the use of the garage to keep the car and bikes safe. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed, including gifts from the host! Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard and front windows to watch the cars/birds. Our kids had a blast in the double bunk bedroom! And the host Sarah was very responsive and helpful! Unexpected Treasure

The perfect family place in Rogers
We loved everything about this house! We booked a last-minute 3-night vacation and this place allowed our small family dog and was available. The house is so large and had so much space for our family! We appreciated the coffee and beverages she provided. We used the fire pit in the back yard one evening too. The proximity to downtown Rogers and War Eagle Caverns was perfect too. We would stay here again.

As always, great stay!
Been at this Rogers location a couple times and it's always awesome. House is nice, open, very spacious. Owners have thought of everything, which makes staying there even easier. Convenient to The Rail, the boy's favorite place to eat - but also to WalMart and other great places in Rogers - as well as just a short drive from UArk. Easy, convenient, great house to have a few friends over or a larger familiy.

Lovely Time
We were in Roger's to celebrate our son and his wonderful wife's second daughter. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the house and it was a perfect place to create memories with her during this time. This is our second time to visit and very happy with the home and all it offered. We will definitely stay again. Sarah was a great host.

We loved our time at this home! The location is perfect. Close to downtown, the park/lake, and a great yard. The home was fully furnished and had more than what we needed. We even got to bring our dog, which was great! Sarah was phenomenal in communication and answering all of our questions. A+ weekend! Immaculate and Convenient A+ Home
The overflow of our family and friends that came for Christmas stayed here for the 2nd year in a row. All loved the property and the location. Being so close to downtown Rogers is definitely a plus. My family drove in from Florida and Maryland to be here for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and everything we needed was there. Great house, neighborhood not so.
I want to start by saying that this house is beautiful. The neighborhood was a little iffy. The house is a diamond in the rough. The neighbors across the street sat in their driveway most of the night listening to loud music and partying.. It also faces a busy road with lots of street noise and occasional sirens. There were no window coverings on the front doors facing the street so we felt a little exposed. The house is electronically wired to the hilt and I can only assume there were security cameras throughout the house indoors and out. Not something I’m very comfortable with. There was a snag with the key code on the door but was cleared up when the owner sent her cousin to get the key and let us in. My biggest complaint is the expectations of the homeowner. While we always clean up after ourselves, do the dishes, take out out trash, etc. I was surprised to find these items, along with collecting our laundry, actually starting the dishwasher and specific instructions as to where we should take our garbage, listed in the check-out expectations. This was a list I received after we had booked and checked in to the home. The cleaning fees, plus the one pile of dog poop we missed made our two night stay add up to over $670. Well over the listed price. I’m chalking this up to a learning experience. We will not stay here again.

Your home is well stocked with everything imaginable and the floorplan is perfect for large groups. The younger ones certainly enjoyed having the second TV area. Your extra added touches of the thank you card, shampoo, etc., paper goods and the water, wine and beer were greatly appreciated. We had a marvelous time and enjoyed your home immensely!

Bachelorette Weekend
This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 10 girls celebrating my daughter's Bachelorette weekend. Was worried about only 2 bathrooms but he master bath with it's dual sink provided enough room for all to get ready. There were beds for all however 2 opted for the sofa rather than climbing to the top of the bunk beds. Great proximity to Lake Atalanta, downtown Rogers and downtown Bentonville. The outside of the house does not prepare you for how beautiful and spacious it is inside. Sarah was so easy to work with and promptly replied to all of my questions.

We stayed here while we were in town for a baseball tournament.
The house was great for our group. We watched Razorback basketball and baseball. It was so nice to be able to chill on the couch while the kids hung out in the game room. The front and back yards were great for the kids to play whiffle ball and catch. Very close to a grocery store and lots of other places.

Very nicely finished and furnished! Near The Railyard Bike Park & Beaver Lake!
Our expectations were exceeded on this one, it was VERY nicely finished with many thoughtful small touches and extras for the guests. Downtown Rogers, legendary bike park The Railyard is 5 minutes away (fun for all ages), Beaver Lake is right there for boating fun, and Downtown Bentonville was an absolute delight for biking and The Crystal Bridge Museum is a must do.

We had a group from St. Louis traveling to NWA for BMX race and riding of Jones Center, Railyard and MTB trails. We had 6 people staying in the house and 14 bikes in total. Having the use of the large garage was HUGE. The location is awesome .. very close to downtown Rogers with the restaurants, shops and entertainment and the Railyard, so we enjoyed it many nights during our stay. The house itself was the best we have stayed at so far in our many trips to NWA. It was exactly as listed . .very spacious, clean, updated and lots of extras provided (toiletries, detergent, shower liquids, poop bags, spices and more! Owners even left us local beer and wine!!!! The owner, Sarah, was very attentive in addressing our needs and checking in on us, even while on a trip of her own. While there are only 3 Bedrooms, there are a lot of sleeping options for guests, including Master with King size bed and own bathroom, second room with queen, 3rd room with bunker beds that can sleep 5 or more depending on the children's ages, several couches, pull out beds and air mattresses. There is also plenty of seating for dining inside and out. It's ideal for large family or group. I will definitely look to book this house again in a future trip to NWA!!
