The Admiral’s Quarters is a private mother-in-law suite all its own, with a spa-like ensuite plus a mini kitchen, dining, and living space — perfect for extended family or guests who want their own retreat. The Captain’s Quarters brings a second master, sculptural and modern, with its own stunning ensuite. Upstairs, a bunkroom with a full bath (the Crow’s Nest) keeps kids happily aboard. Entertain across open living, kitchen, and dining, or gather at the built-in bar — complete with an ice machine to fill your cooler before heading to the water. Spill onto three lakefront decks filled with sofas, chairs, and a large dining table with built-in fire feature, then enjoy direct water access by the community dock. A jewel-box powder room and high-end finishes throughout make this more than a rental. It’s a retreat.
