House was very nice and it was as a bonus to have two properties. Location was beautiful and peaceful. Nice access to a dock with swimming. We really enjoyed our stay. Would rent this property again for our family vacation.
The big house was amazing and so beautiful. We had so much fun downstairs playing pool and darts. The small house was comfy but the king size bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. The other beds are great though.
The property was fairly easy to find. The last few miles were dirt roads. While it is near the water and access isn't too far away, I wish we could have easily seen the water from the house. The trees pretty well obscured our view. Accommodations were good and we would recommend it. I would give it a very good rating. I do have a couple of suggestions. 1. Grab bars at least in the primary bathroom, would have been appreciated. 2. a railing to the lower level would be good. 3. the kitchen stove burners aren't level. ( made it harder to fry eggs :-)) 4. The steep driveway could use some gravel and grading - some areas are eroded. Overall it is certainly a good vacation spot and the house is about what one would hope for. We would consider it again for our family getaway. My grandchildren really enjoyed the dock and water sporting opportunities. The large bedrooms and beds were appreciated. The porch and balcony were very nice. Seeing deer on or near the property were very nice. I have no real issues with the property and would expect others to enjoy it very much. Being about 20 minutes from a grocery store is good. Thanks
Had a good time with family reunion. Bonnie house was very clean and nicely decorated. The second house, Clyde, is a double wide. Not too pretty outside but very clean and nice inside. Very limited view of lake from the house deck due to trees. Fall or Winter would be a better chance of seeing lake. I would suggest a better walking path between both houses. I would recommend these houses if you have a large gathering.
We really appreciated the size and location of this property. We have an air-conditioning issue that was resolved very quickly. Easy to get to lake and to property.
Other than the bad sulfur smell in the area that we were not aware of prior to arriving, the place was a good location, had good views, and fit our group well. Loved the swim deck!
Bonnie and Clyde's place is a great meeting spot for a large group of people. There is plenty of room to spread out, adequate dishes to serve a group, lots of included activities, and a beautiful setting. We had an issue with the door lock and it was promptly taken care of, even on a Holiday weekend.

Yearly Family Vacation.
The Bonnie house was excellent, the Clyde had a very musty smell, and the distance to boat dock wasnt what we thought on looking at pictures when booking, and getting down there the pathway was very rough, and washed out.But as a faimly vacation being all together we had fun.Thank you.
Clyde’s house has a musty smell. Was Yelled at 3 times, nasty voicemail and text message. Just really started our Family vacation off poorly. One neighbor that was very friendly out of the whole neighborhood. If you bring boats you will not be able to use the neighborhood boat ramp. The trail to the dock is not marked. 2 blocks to the dock is more like 3 blocks with big hills.
Our family consisted of an 80 year old, 4 couples and 7 children, all 4 and younger. The separate double wide trailer came in handy as an extra get away for the oldest 3. The walk between houses is short but will cause problems for those who cannot walk on uneven surfaces. The road was pleasant to walk and the boat slip was used to fish from and skip rocks. Only regret was not bringing enough bottled water. The water has a smell to it when showering and the trailer does not have refrigerator filtered water. Basement was a great bonus as it provided extra entertainment with pool table/darts and extra tv for football/kids shows.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Somewhat disappointed
Because there are two cabins I’m leaving separate reviews of both cabins. Clyde: it’s a double wide trailer with several steps, needing better handrails, getting into it. The carpet wasn’t clean and the mold and mildew hit you like a ton of bricks when we entered. It wasn’t a healthy environment. This is definitely NOT a cabin for those who have any mobility issues. Bonnie: is very nice but needs handrails on both sides of the stairs going up to the front porch. The staircase going to the lower level needs handrails also. I would recommend Bonnie but not Clyde.
Bonnie and Clyde fit our family perfectly for a beautiful weekend at Beaver Lake. The homes were clean and welcoming. Having access to the huge swim dock allowed us to be together on the lake all day. We cannot wait to come back in summer of 2024!
