Good location and lake access. House was well equipped and spaced out for our family. We had plenty of space to watch the game and play a game while cooking.
We loved Groovy Nana! In addition to being in a great location, right on the lake, it's a beautifully decorated house. We had plenty of space, the house was well-stocked, and the hot tub was great!
We were looking for a place for a long, quiet, end-of-summer weekend, and Groovy Nana was perfect. Very well-equipped, clean, and a great location. The big backyard provided endless entertainment for our dog, and the hot tub was a great plus for us!
We had a blast at this very well maintained lake side home. It was a fantastic place for our family, especially with the little grand kids. We will be back.
This was our first real vacation away as a family, and it was everything and more when we arrived! This house is so vintage and adorable. We felt right at home instantly. So much room to breathe and relax. We loved every second of it!
I would definitely stay again. The location is so beautiful! Lakeside covered back porch with hot tub and hammocks was our favorite spot! The bed was great! Loved the decor and homey vibe. Fully equipped kitchen was convenient. The only suggestion I could give is perhaps consider an upgrade to the septic system. But we hope to return!!
Groovy nana was a unique rental for spring break. The location and proximity to the water was awesome. We wished the weather was warmer as we could have swam right at shore.
It’s very retro (including the stove!) but all worked great. The kitchen and living area are in the basement which worked out perfect. Both were well equipped with games and everything we needed to cook and grill.
There is a public boat ramp off highway 12, about 4 minutes from the house.
Overall a great place to stay with family and friends.
The decor of the property was fun. We enjoyed the 70's theme decor. The Hot Tub was a nice plus. The view of the lake was very relaxing. The only issue we had was the shower upstairs did not function properly, the TV in one of the rooms would not turn on, there was dog feces all along the walkway to the home, not sure if this was from a previous renter or what. The main complaint I had was that the property manager did not contact me 24 hrs. prior to our stay at the property as we were told would happen once our stay was confirmed. I tried to call the host and emailed her with no success so I ended up calling Vrbo and they reached out as well but could not get in touch with the Host so they said go ahead and go and they would continue to try to reach the host and if we did not hear back from them or the host, to call back when we arrived and they would either get us a new rental or refund our money. Our check-in time was 4 pm and we finally heard back at 2:05 pm on that same day. I have anxiety issues and this lack of communication gave me high anxiety on our travel there. Once there, our family enjoyed the setting. We drove to Eureka Springs and had a great time there. Breakfast at Jacquelyn's was the best, service was great!
This property was incredible. We abolutely loved the beach front and the amount of space we could use for all of the families. Our kids remained entertained the entire time with the big yard and the lake. The decore and the setup of the house is great as well. We will definitley be back and also recommend this rental to other people.
Excellent property and rental process. Location was beautiful and home was well equipped to handle our large family group. Strong recommendation.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Fun Home but lack of communication
The home was as described and very well equipped. The home is off the beaten path and it is about a 10 min drive into Rogers, but the grocery store was right as you come into Rogers along with a great ice cream shop.
The queen bed in the front room had an extremely hard mattress, so we moved to another room, which had a better mattress. Also, the hot tub was very dirty, so we could not use. The shower head upstairs was broke as well. I tried several times to contact the manager, but no one ever responded. I also tried to request a refund because we did not bring a dog, like we originally planned, and no one ever responded. What if there was a true emergency???
