The Space:

Welcome to our luxury lakefront escape! Spread across three levels, this spacious 5‑bedroom, 4.5‑bath home offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. The first two levels each have their own living area and furnished deck overlooking the sparkling lake. Relax in the open‑concept living room with soaring ceilings and panoramic windows, or gather in the chef’s kitchen with granite countertops, two ovens, double ice makers, multiple coffee stations, and pantry staples. Downstairs, the game room and wet bar await with pool table, shuffleboard, arcades and smart TVs. Three king suites, a bunk room and loft sleep up to 13 guests in comfort. Smart TVs, high‑speed Wi‑Fi and central HVAC keep you entertained and comfortable year‑round.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, including all decks, hot tub, game room, and shoreline with a dock for swimming and fishing. Kayaks, paddle boards, and a swim ladder are provided so you can explore the lake at your leisure. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles; please note the driveway is relatively steep and may be challenging for trailers or motorcycles. Self check‑in via smart lock – you’ll receive a unique code before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled on Jasper Lane on Beaver Lake, this serene retreat feels like a world away, yet it's just 20‑25 minutes to downtown Rogers with grocery stores, restaurants, and attractions. Nearby you'll find Hobbs State Park, War Eagle Cavern, mountain biking trails, and the seasonal War Eagle Fair. The home shares the hill with one neighboring cabin.



Please note that there is a private dock available. The Army Corp of Engineers prohibits guests from parking their boats in it, but you can use it for swimming and to launch kayaks.

Our waterfront home Northwest Arkansas offers the perfect blend of secluded charm and easy access to transportation options.

🐾 Pets: Up to 2 house‑trained dogs allowed; $75 fee per pet per stay.

🔕 Quiet hours: 9 p.m.–8 a.m.; events/parties only with prior approval.

🚫 No smoking indoors; smoking permitted outside only.

🧺 Starter supplies: toiletries, paper goods, coffee & spices provided; please bring extras for longer stays.

💧 Septic system: Please flush only toilet paper; occasional outdoor odors near the lower deck are normal.

📜 Safety: Security cameras monitor the driveway for your safety and ours.

👶 Children must be supervised near the lake, balconies & hot tub.
