"It was a very nice location and a beautiful house with a nice garden with trampolines and a tabletennistable, kitchen on both floors but only one with a stove, this can be a bit busy if there are a lot of guests. Overall I am satisfied and would stay there again."

"The lodging was fine. But we had a situation upon arrival that was a bit uncomfortable as no one was available to receive us. Hence, this is more of a criticism of the platform hotels.com because we received an email that said the booking is confirmed and only much further down the email in small print did it notify that we needed to contact the property 24 hours in advance to make arrangements for access to property. Further down the line, it indicated only a phone number for special requests....

"Ejeren af Jungshovedgaard har sat sit tydelige præg på stedet, som er smagfuldt, hyggeligt og kuriøst indrettet - man mærker tydeligt, at det er en mand ud af en antikvitetshandlerfamilie. Hvis du foretrækker moderne koncepthoteller, så gå langt uden om dette sted…😌 Det koster lidt mere end et standard Bed & Breakfast, men det er det værd. Morgenmaden er lækker - ganske enkelt. Og værten sørger for, at man ikke mangler noget. Varm anbefaling herfra. "

"Beautiful location and garden grounds. The bathroom trash was full and a wet piece of underwear was also on the floor. We were charged $12 USD for using our credit card even though we chose charging in local currency. Breakfast buffet was low even by 8:30 but remaining fruits were fresh and tasty. We had had a late arrival (9:45pm) which we confirmed via email."

"Not impressed at all. Exhibits all the traits of a company reducing staff and service to maximize profits. All the staff were grumpy and not particularly friendly, helpful or knowledgeable about an annex we were unknowingly staying at. Pathetic is our summary. Being a tired, wet, cold traveler you choose a hotel to be welcomed, made to feel at home, everything made easy for you, everything explained………. Not this hotel!"
