Located in Roding, this charming 64 m² holiday home is situated right on the shore of Lake Neubäu and accommodates up to 4 guests. You have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private, fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. The accommodation features step-free access and interiors, Wi-Fi suitable for video conferences, TV with video-on-demand, and convenient self-check-in.



Enjoy your private, covered terrace with views of the garden and forest, as well as the shared garden with direct access to the lake. The communal sauna invites you to relax after your activities and is available to guests, possibly for an additional fee. You can swim, walk along the shore, or simply enjoy the peaceful lakeside setting.



Parking is available both at the house and on the street. Pets are welcome during your stay. Events are not permitted on the property.
