The initial staff was great, housekeeping made multiple attempts to enter the room even after yelling multiple times we were on the way. Hotel is in a great location lots of homeless, saw people using drugs and discarded drug paraphernalia on the ground. Staff on the second day were all about business nothing like our initial interaction.
