"Overall very good, downside was the wait time for the lifts, this hotel has 19 floors and when it was built in the mid eighties the 3 lifts would have been efficient but not any more as sometimes the wait time is 10 minutes and when they arrived they were nearly always full up. The breakfast room is manic and the area where you pick the food up is chaotic just not big enough for hundreds of people. The rooms are lovely and big and well decorated, towels and linen were excellent, being disabled...

"We had a lovely stay. The hotel was centrally-located, the rooms spacious, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Even before the stay, they reached out to us informing us about the Braderie festival and potential disruptions and suggestions for what we could do on the day, which was very thoughtful. "Literally steps from the airport, which is amazing after a late flight. Front desk was friendly and fast. Room was clean, comfortable and very quiet considering it’s right next to the runway (bless those soundproof windows and blackout curtains). Only downside is that the food options were meh."
