"The location between Old Forge and Inlet is nice. Great views of the mountains and lake. Beds are super comfy, and rooms are a nice size. lodge is welcoming and a great spot to relax and have fun. Breakfast nook had some great lite choices. Staff was helpful and pleasant. "

"We stayed in Lakeview Cottage at Lakeside Lodge and everything about our stay was fantastic! The Cottage was right on the lake with a nice, large dock that included Adirondack Chairs to relax in. We had the opportunity to talk with the owner's, Mel and Jeff, on a couple of occasions and had wonderful conversations. They were very welcoming and helpful. The Cottage and the whole property has been beautifully renovated /restored. The property was exactly as pictured and was perfectly clean and comfortable. Had the opportunity to take a few nice October swims in the lake. Look forward to returning go the future."

"The Lakeside Lodge is amazing. Beautifully crafted in traditional Adirondack great camp style. The location is perfect… far enough away from heavy tourist areas, but close enough to enjoy the shopping and fine restaurants. The owners are very friendly. We really enjoyed meeting them and can’t say enough about their hospitality. We will definitely try to make it back for another stay."

"Location!! Beautiful view of 4th Lake & a sky full of stars at night! Large porch, picnic tables & a swing all perfect to relax and enjoy the view. It was very convenient to cook and for our group to enjoy meals together. The home is very clean & the beds were comfortable. My only disappointment was the tv. It is listed as a “Smart TV”, which my understanding is you could stream any of your apps on the tv. The only option given was Netflix. It wasn’t a huge problem, but we planned to watch the SU football game through our ESPN app. We just watched it on our phones. "
