The room smelled of urine for the A/C. The staff would not let us use the air freshener. The hotel attendant charged us twice for the room and refused to reverse the charges after speaking to five different attendants including the manager. This hotel has the same breakfast everyday. The room are small and it has a curtain instead of a closet door.

Excellent stay

Excellent room and cleanliness was amazing. Breakfast was phenomenal as well. The only thing was a little uncomfortable was the bed, slightly hard. Shower pressure was awesome and I also enjoyed how quiet the hotel was considering the amount of people staying during our stay.
