The room was clean tire staff was nice but the only problem I had was that I had to tip toe around the neighbors complaining about me playing my music which wasn’t loud at all it was coming directly from my phone and the volume wasn’t even on high.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is less than 5 years old. Clean and like new. Staff was helpful and friendly. Suite was beautiful, clean and spacious for a family of 4. AC was just right and beds were comfy. Pool and gym were also great. Breakfast had many options. Would have stayed longer if I could have!

You need to get the second elevator fixed. You need better pillows. They are to thin. I sleep on better at home. Why are the pool hours only from 10:30 to 8? Why do you not have a 24 hour water and coffee bar available? I had stayed in 2 other Fairfield properties and received these perks as well as cookies never seen this there. That is the reason I picked Fairfield for this. The shower needs to be checked. The water came out of the faucet as well as the shower head. Staff was pleasant at check in.

Very nice but had a fire alarm go off at 9:00 pm. Fire department responded & determined no fire. Safety first. We did not like the coffee at at either Marriott hotels (Spring Hill & Fairfield). Will probably choose a different hotel on our way back south.

I was ok with the room & it being very convenient to where my boys had to be for their basketball tournament, however one of the staff members was very rude & very inappropriate. Marriott really needs to screen the employees a little better before hiring them. If you have good teenage kids, I recommend not staying there!!! She doesn't like young adults. I was traveling with 3 17 year olds & 2 18 year olds that she treated like criminals!! The one thing u don't di is mess with peoples kids & think you'll get a pass!! Absolutely NOT!

The room itself was clean but the door did not work properly. It had trouble opening and closing. This was a problem with a lot of rooms there. Breakfast was decent.

Rocky Mount hotel stay

It was way too expensive but a nice hotel. The bee was a little uncomfortable. I feel like the mattresses needs to be updated. The staff was helpful and accommodating of our group.

We spent two nights in this hotel with no heat!!! Hotel was booked, couldn't change rooms. Front desk staff did the best they could but never saw anyone from maintenance. It’s was 32 degrees this weekend

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Only down side was the water pressure...very weak both in the sink and especially the shower, and I think only one elevator was operable...staff very nice and friendly, breakfast was good as well.
