"Well where do we start? The staff was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The bad part was the rooms. Yes I said rooms, the first room we got had the smoke detector going off so we had to switch rooms. The second room, the beds were both covered in hair that did not belong to us. Unacceptable! The location of the hotel is next to a bar that has cars racing up and down at all times of the night and we were in the very back portion of the hotel. I can only imagine how loud it was for the other people staying there. All in all I’d give it a 2 star rating"

"This place was disgusting. I actually had to go into five different rooms just to find one I would stay in. The first for smelt like cigarette smoke and run down. The fifth one didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, but the carpet was torn up stained , light fixtures, broken, windows didn’t open.just the disgusting. I also believe that it is a place where people stay to do drugs as you can tell deals are going on."

"The fitness center was above average. Not the best neighborhood, good food at the Vallartas Mexican grocery store. We will stay here again. Costco with 3 miles. Near by shopping center."
