Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
This is a SCAM! We got 2 hours from our destination that we reserved for a family funeral and had to spend forever on the phone with customer service trying to figure out where we would stay. Absolutely the worst situation anyone could put grieving people through!
