Seabreeze Cove is a waterfront home 3/2 1/2. Each bedroom has a water view. Kitchen, living room and porch make you feel as if you are living on a boat without the waves. Garage and plenty of front parking for a boat. Kayaks and stand up paddle board available for your use. Great place to kayak and fish. Check out the islands/rookeries teaming with bird life just a short distance by kayak from your own dock. (with special kayak launch) If you like being on the water and enjoy nature, this is a good fit for you.

We had an amazing stay! The host, Vickie was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions before we even arrived, which made the whole trip feel easy and stress‑free. The house itself was PERFECT—exactly like the pictures, if not better.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, and the beds were very comfortable. Our kids especially loved having access to the kayaks and spending time out on the lake.One of the main reasons we chose this home was the direction it faced—we were hoping for a great view of the New Year’s fireworks, and it absolutely did not disappoint. It was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.We would definitely stay here again

This home is absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location! Less than 10 minutes from downtown and Home is right on the water. The home is decorated beautifully and amenities such as kayaks and paddle boards were super convenient and fun for the whole family. We will definitely stay here again

Stayed for 3 nights with my Dad and my teenaged son. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed, and clearly had a lot of thought put into making it easy for people to enjoy. Kitchen was well labeled, instructions were clear, beds were comfy, and everything worked great. We spent most of our time just relaxing and fishing on the dock, or watching birds from the comfortable deck. The neighborhood is quiet and removed from things but also only a few minutes away from everything in Rockport. Had a great stay and would definitely come back.

A lovely weekend in Rockport

Sea Breeze Cove is a lovely waterfront home in Rockport. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had all the equipment needed to cook full meals. We especially enjoyed the deck. The patio furniture was comfy and the sea breeze delightful. We would stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

Beautiful waterfront property with all the essentials and more! Family weekend

This is a very nice place to stay. I loved the beautiful patio to just relax on. All the boys enjoyed their fishing time thanks to having a nice dock area. House had everything anyone could want and so much more than places we’ve rented in the past. Vicki, the owner was wonderful and accommodating as well as answered all our questions. Perfect fishing getaway

We had a very relaxing weekend of fishing. Games and kayaks. We stocked the fridge and never had to leave the house. The house had everything we needed to cook for the weekend and things to do to keep us busy. Plenty of space for our 2 families with teens. The owner was very responsive to our messages and took care of us promptly. We would definately stay again..

Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better. It was peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. Having access to the kayaks was a major bonus and made for some unforgettable mornings out on the water.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. Wonderful Time in Rockport

We spent Thanksgiving week in this beautiful house. Everything went very well. Vickie is great host with prompt communication. House is well stocked and equipped with everything that we needed. We cooked almost all of our meals. We have two families (4 adults and 4 kids) and have plenty of room for all of us. This place was clean and organized (I love the labels in the kitchen). There is plenty of towels and toiletries. I barely used the stuffs that we brought with us. We kayaked when the weather was clear, fished every day and night at the dock (caught a few black drums on our last night), spent lots of time in the beautiful and comfortable patio. Basically a lot of fun and also very relaxing week! All of us (adults and kids) love this house. We go to Rockport a few times but this is the house that I will go back to! Thanks Vickie for hosting us.
