Dog Friendly Home in Rockport- Less Than 1/2 Mile Walk to Beaches & Shops!

Quaint and comfortable single family house on a small and quiet tree-lined dead end street. 2 bedrooms and 2 living room areas with pop-up full size (almost) sleeper sofas plus an additional futon in the small entry room/enclosed porch area.

Easy 7-10 minute walk to beautiful Front Beach, Bearskin Neck, Shops and Restaurants.

Linens, bath & beach towels are provided and there is a washer & dryer in the kitchen. Regular/standard drip coffee maker and kuerig coffee maker are available as well as an air fryer, crock pot, coffee grinder and small George Foreman indoor grill. There is a propane/gas grill outside. (We will provide the tank but it may need to be filled before use).

We are so excited to share our work in progress with you. We have been coming to Rockport for many, many years and it is our favorite place. We hope you love it here as much as we do.

Great little cottage walking distance from all the best stuff in Rockport. Dog friendly, even had dog bowls waiting for us! Was great to have a parking spot out front, because parking in Rockport can be a challenge. Will book again!

Great place for a get together with friends!

Very quiet and enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and had anything and everything you could need! Furniture was not all that comfortable but we weren't there all that much anyway.

This was an excellent place to stay that was close to everything in Rockport. Short drive to Salem and Gloucester. Plenty of space for our group of 5. Very quiet and felt completely safe in the neighborhood.

Charming Village Cottage

Delighted to stay in this small village antique, walking distance to the village coffee shop and to Bearskin Neck. The place was clean and cozy, and as described in the listing. The bathroom is small but functional, and the stairs are super steep but the handrail makes them safe. Our host was responsive and kind. We'd stay here again!

Great space and location!

Our family of 5 had plenty of space in a cozy setting! Great communication with host and we felt very welcome. It wasn’t overly hot while we were there but the window units on the main floor and in each bedroom was still appreciated! The easy walk to Bear Skin Neck and the beaches was the unanimous family favorite!

Beautiful place by the sea

Quaint and Cozy

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for walking to Bear Skin Neck, the train station, and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The house was clean, cute, and supplied with everything we needed. After a long day of exploring the area, which is beautiful, we enjoyed playing the games provided and listening to some records. It was a very nice home away from home. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet home with a cute yard for coffee and reading. Very close to downtown rockport and bearskin neck. Very clean and the suit provided dog bowls, towels, chargers and lots of other items for a perfect stay. The AC units worked great. Thanks!

A cute place and convenient for a 2-night stay with our little dog. Well-appointed and comfortable. We did not hang out a lot at the property but it seems a pleasant spot for a small group that is ok with simple pleasures — not fancy but perfectly nice!! Cozy and Convenient

The little house in Rockport is cute and very cozy - my husband felt a little cramped in the bathroom and negotiating the stairs. The location is terrific - quiet yet close to whatever activities one might wish to do. Grocery shopping is convenient as well. The addition of the washer and dryer will be a nice addition as would an ironing board and iron.

This house was in a great location in a quiet street but close to town. It was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything you’d need. Some things were a little trickier with little kids- steep narrow staircase to the upstairs, high dining chairs, and lots of decor/breakables within toddler reach. Overall though it’s a cute little house in a good location for exploring Rockport.

Great place and location! Super fast communication with host. Everyone enjoyed Only problem was the pull out sleeper couches super uncomfortable. Suggest having maybe foam gel toppers could have them stored rolled up under couches. Definitely would make a difference. Other then had a good time!

Lovely, easy stay

This was a fantastically easy stay in Rockport. We came to town to visit friends and this was such an ideal location in Rockport as well as proximity to Gloucester. The main bed was firm- very comfy for me! A great night sleep. There was everything you could want in the kitchen for a longer stay, too. Good hot water in shower! Some cleanliness issues, which did not bother us for such a short stay- just some dust/ pet hair, and shower grout issues- not a big deal. Communication with Malikkah was so easy and she made this such a comfy, safe stay. Unlike other places we have stayed, the check in and check out was SO easy. Grateful for this spot. Definitely recommending to others.

The property was smaller then expected. There was what looked like mold around the seal of the tub. The house was very cold when we arrived so I called and emailed the host and didn't get a respond. The area was fantastic so if you can over look the rest it was a good stay.

Cute charming home, in a quiet setting but easy walk into the main shopping/dining area of Rockport and bearskin neck. Neighbors were friendly. Keep in mind this is an older home that has been updated, the stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms are a bit steep, easy to navigate for most but maybe not for someone who has trouble with stairs. I really can’t think of anything else I would ‘warn’ anyone about. The house was perfect for our family of 4, dog friendly. Easy to access, great location. Owner/manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves!!
