In Röckingen, you will find this freshly renovated, spacious 139 sqm holiday apartment for up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have access to a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi for video conferences, TV, fan, and your own workspace. The apartment is step-free and offers a beautiful mountain view.



Enjoy your own garden as well as a large conservatory with lounge furniture for relaxing. The property is very quietly located at the foot of the Hesselberg on a former farm; the nearest neighbors are about 120 meters away. The extensive, level courtyard offers plenty of space to play or relax in the greenery.



Six parking spaces are available for you in the courtyard. There is a bicycle room and a charging station for electric cars. The local tennis club's court can be used for a fee. Events and parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the conservatory, but permitted in the garden. Some outdoor details are still being completed. The conservatory and the small bedroom are usable but not fully renovated. Your hosts live on site, but not in the same house.



The location is ideal as a starting point for hiking, cycling, horse riding, paragliding on Hesselberg, surfing at Altmühl or Brombachsee, as well as swimming in the nearby bathing pond. By car, you can reach Dinkelsbühl with its historic old town in 15 minutes, Nördlingen and Ansbach in 30 minutes. Experience local highlights such as the Summerbreeze Festival (9 km away), the Kinderzeche in Dinkelsbühl, the Protestant Church Day or the mountain service on Hesselberg.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank!Lage am Ortsrand in ländlicher Gegend auf einem Resthof ohne direkte Nachbarn hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Hesselberg ist direkt vor der Tür, interessant u.A. für Gleitschirmflieger Wohnung bietet reichlich Platz, auch zum Arbeiten geeignet. Betten waren bequem für uns. Schöner Wintergarten, auch auf der Wiese sitzen war möglich. Auto parkte sicher direkt vor dem Haus auf Privatgrund. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder oder irgendwelche (Sport-)Ausrüstung ist auch vorhanden.Im Dorf Röckingen gibt es noch viel aktive Landwirtschaft inkl. Tierhaltung etc. die man auch mitbekommt. Für uns total fein, zur Bewertung einfach mal als Info mit dazu.
