"It was lovely. It seems that most hotels I've stayed at lately have been incredibly run down. Simple maintenance things are overlooked. This place was lovely. Front desk was friendly, easy check in. Room was clean, had the perfect number of towels, the Tv even had a personal getting for me when we arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Hot omelets, fresh waffles, eggs, fruit, pastries, oatmeal,....... large variety. There were even 2 attendance maintaining &keeping things clean. It was very a comfortable stay. "

"The stay was very nice, although I stayed for only one night it was such a cute little lodge to crash at and the water fall was amazing!!! Just keep in mind that you have no service.. they do have free WiFi in the lodge but once you leave you have no service. "

Cumberland Falls, Pine Mountain State Park, and the Cumberland Gap National Park were conveniently nearby. Everything in the kitchen worked (and we prepared significant meals there!) [Did not use Wi-Fi or TV — we came to get away]"
