**Challenges**

The house is relatively new and situated in a pleasant neighborhood; however, we observed numerous scratches and holes on the doors and walls throughout the entire house. Our experience was marred by several issues, including the owner providing incorrect information such as the WiFi password and door code, resulting in a 30 minute plus wait in freezing weather. Despite our group staying within the specified guest limit, we were charged extra for additional guests, even though most of them only visited and didn't stay overnight. While the house boasts brand new appliances, we were inexplicably instructed not to use the dishwasher, and access to the garage space/door was restricted. Furthermore, we were required to move linens and towels to the dryer after washing them. These restrictions were not clearly communicated beforehand and affected our overall comfort during the stay.
