Obviously I am a price shopper or else I would not be staying at Red Roof Inn. It was not perfect but not much is these days. It was a clean, warm room with comfortable bed. Very appreciative of that. Nice policy of first dog free for first night. Nice little well lit dog walk area. Seemed pretty safe. I think we’ll Be back as this exit as is our 1/2 way point of trip.

After driving almost 10hrs, my family and i decided to stay here. Its a pretty busy area with food close by. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. The only downside we had was a room next door decided to party on the balcony all night. I had to call the front desk twice before anything was fixed. It was very disappointing after being in the car all day.

There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and a roach on the wall right next to the bed when we were getting ready to go to sleep that made my daughter afraid to sleep. Also, advertised breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Just carry out coffee and a few things in lobby with no tables. The room was clean though, and cheap.

Amazing stay

Came in from a long road trip from up north. Woman working the front that night was super sweet! And the room was very comfortable and clean. I definitely love that they are pet friendly too. Also she was very accommodating to me wanting a room close to the stairs. I’d definitely stay here again over any other in the area.

I think our room is a smoking room that just converted to a non-smoking one. Terrible cigarette smell! The linens have holes from cigarettes, too. Husband and I checked in past 11 PM and were very tired after a very long drive. Thank God, we brought with us a full can of Lysol spray, which I almost finished because the cigarette smell is suffocating. The weather that time is nice, so we left the door ajar until 2AM to let the room air out. Some areas inside the microwave is burned - I did not even tried using it. The toilet seat is also pealing. Lots of fresh towels to use. The rest of the room is clean. I told the lady when I checked out about the cigarette smell, she just said, "No, it shouldn't be. It's a non-smoking room." That's all I got from her.

I cleaned my bathroom upon arrival once I saw hair by the sink and inside the bathtub. The beds and towels were clean, but I wiped ashes up by the sink. The tojlet handle was broken, so I had to manually flush the toilet by lifting the lid. Didn't make a big deal because of the price. It was quiet late at night. Just work on housekeeping.

Great price and staff was friendly, however parking lot needed a few more lites, water pressure was very low, no counter space in bathroom, floor could have been swept more and lastly for safety issues the outlet cover needs to be put back on the outlet, especially because that is what hair dryer plugs into, right over sink.

The room matches the price

I appreciate the speediness of the process to check in and out of my room. It was a decent price rate for what I got for my stay. I was slightly aggravated with a motorcyclist whenever they started their bike. It was loud enough to disturb my sleep briefly. Luckily it was early in the night that it didn't take long for me to get back to sleep. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The desk staff was efficient and very hospitable. The property is dated and needs some additional repairs. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the floor was very sticky. There was no extra charge for our dog. Breakfast was a small selection of prepackaged items. Basically, we got what we paid for.

We just need an overnight for the flight, the hotel staff at Check In were incredibly kind and friendly. Room door you could see light through. The floor was wet, and I assume they just recently mopped, however, the water seemed to keep coming up from underneath the tiling. The staff again was so kind, but the building needs serious attention!
