Holiday House on the Neversink

Nestled in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains and perched along the Neversink River, you'll find a little slice of paradise at the Holiday House. Enjoy taking a dip in the river, ski Holiday Mountain (1 min away), hike the nearby waterfalls, go to a local concert, or enjoy the local casino and waterpark. Our house has an assortment of board games, six TVs, and a foosball table. We are also in a superb location for fly fishing! DEC 21-JAN 2 BOOKINGS must be 3+ nights. 5+ nights receive 20% discount. Holiday promotion.

2 living room spaces - one with a seating area attached to the outside deck and BBQ + outdoor seating and the other with a couch that seats 10 with 65-inch TV.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom #3: A twin-size bed and a bunk bed with one closet and TV.

Bedroom #4: A twin-size bed and a bunk bed with one closet and TV. This room includes a desk for remote work if needed.

Full Bathroom including a bathtub for the 2 upstairs bedrooms

BASEMENT
Full basement with huge sectional couch, bar area, foosball table, and 65-inch TV. Come plug in your own game console and the kids will be occupied for hours there.

You’ll find views from every window (no need for curtains, but we do have some for those who wish to use them). We have a fully loaded-kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Imagine the feasts and memories you will create! This home is meant for sharing with people you love. Home is heated and air conditioned.

Whether you want cozy nights in the winter, enjoying the river in the summer, exploring the local farmers market, take long walks in the nearby trails, or enjoying fall foliage, you will fall in love with our home.

This is a great place - close to everything. Larger and comfortable enough for our family of 6. Property manager was outstanding - helping with all my questions and needs - with quick response.
