The staff here is outstanding and the rooms are spacious, updated and clean. This is my second time staying and I’ll come back again if I’m in town.

The staff was outstanding. Shane in particular (although all other interactions were very positive) worked to understand our needs and met or exceeded the support expected. Really an unusual and very positive experience. So close to all the Mayo service nearby. Will stay here again when we are in town (lots of great treats/drinks/extras too)!

This was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel. The tower staff was incredible and so helpful and kind. WONDERFUL experience. Definitely 5 star!!

The top two floors are a concierge level. I am not sure if the much higher price is justified. Yes, there was a lounge with a complimentary food and very helpful concierges. But I don't know if the room size or furnishings were any different.

Wonderful experience. My wife and I were in town for a graduation on Saturday and thought we would make it special. We planned to drive down from Minneapolis on Friday afternoon. Friday morning I received a very friendly call from Cameron, our concierge, confirming our stay and asking if we needed anything. I asked about dinner recommendations and she suggested Tersa Ristorante and made the reservation for us. She then gave me the cell number and told me David would be there to take care of us when we arrived. He sure did. He took care of the car, brought up our bags and was very friendly and helpful. He even walked us down the skyway to help us find the restaurant. The food and service at Tersa was wonderful. Highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable and the king sized bed was great. Often when I sleep in hotels, even nice ones, I wake up with s stiff neck. Not here. I slept well and woke up refreshed. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast in our room (included in the room price) and Cameron was there and very attentive. She even met us at the car and personally thanked us for staying with them. A wonderful stay. The price was higher than other hotels I looked at but for a romantic evening and overnight stay with my wife it was worth the extra. David and Cameron took excellent care of us and that made our stay special. Thank you both. We highly recommend the Towers at the Kahler Grand.

I ordered a suit but got a room without a window. I complained qwhen I arrived, but I was told that there qwere no suites available and since I booked through your service and paid your service they could not give me a partial refund and I should talk with you. PLEASE ISSUE A CREDIT FOR THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A KING ROOM AND A KING SUITE. MY ROOM DID NOT EVEN HAVE A WINDOW IN THE BEDROOM.

I stayed at the Towers at the Kahler Grand. The food and service in the penthouse lounge are very good. The hotel is connected by underground walkway called the "subway" to the Mayo Clinic. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced on Hotels'com given the availability of very good food for breakfast, lunch and diner in the lounge. Food and drinks are FREE in the lounge! The chief concierge in the executive lounge is very knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be disappointed if you stay at the Towers at the kahler Grand.
