Very nice
Overall, I’d liked the place. It looked even better in person. It was exactly what I needed.Everything was exactly as described. It came with water and some snacks. It was well stocked with seasonings dishes, pots, and pans. Everything that you need. The washer and dryer worked great and efficiently. It was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very very clean. The neighborhood was nice. You are living near an airport so you will hear airplanes go overhead, they are frequent, but not too loud. I was never disturbed during my sleep. Parking was good. My only complaint would be the smell. When I first walked in, it smelled extremely musty/stale smell. For the duration of my stay, I left the window open to air out the place. And the air quality improved as long as I left the window open.I saw a couple beetles / spiders in the house. I’m not sure how well the home is sealed. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was something I noticed. The lights in front of the door are consistently on. And attracts many crawlies /moths around the door when you’re coming in at night. I do wish there was an option to turn off that light.Overall, I think the place was an excellent value for the money. I wish that they offered discount for long-term stay, but otherwise I think that the home is priced extremely fair for a short term stay.Despite the small issues I had, I would come back again and I would recommend this place. A great find in Rochester.!
