Great home base for treatment
We stayed at the property for 6 weeks while receiving treatment at Mayo. Hosts were very flexible and responsive to questions. They were also proactive in communicating with us when services were being performed on the property. Overall it was a great home base for our family.

Definitely would stay again
Jodi and Jason accommodated our needs for our stay . This house is in an amazing neighborhood and felt like home. Quiet and peaceful with a pretty yard to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable. The house is very large so plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay again when visiting Rochester.

Excellent!!!
My son had a surgery at Mayo and this property was in the perfect location. It’s just a few miles out of the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to anything we needed! Quiet neighborhood, too! Property itself was clean and spacious. Three bedrooms and two baths allowed for plenty of private space for our family. Because we had an extensive stay, the kitchen was a must! It was fully stocked, clean, spacious and just perfect! We loved the outdoor deck to relax and chat after a long stressful day. You can’t get any of these amenities in a hotel! Jodi, the property manager, was a joy to work with. She responded immediately to all my questions and concerns! She was very accommodating and compassionate to our situation! My son has to return to Mayo in 3 months or so for another surgery and this will be the first property we call!!!! Will definitely stay again!!!! Thank you, Jodi, for a wonderful stay!

This was a much better choice than residence stay hotels. Quiet, roomy, amenities, a garage for the car, and on par price-wise.

Clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable
Great home. Clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable. We were in Rochester for medical care and we found the home to be perfect for us. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood and taking the baby to the local park with a small playground. The neighbors are friendly. The home was stocked with everything that we required for our week stay. Communication was good Thank you for a wonderful stay!
