This circa 1800s mansion has been revitalized and re-imagined by one of Rochester's foremost developers. Clean, Updated and centrally located. Close to I-490, you'll be anywhere in Rochester in minutes! Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars. No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
The Space:
Whole house- comprised of 8 different apartments. Listed this way to service larger groups having trouble finding other lodging in hotel/Airbnb. Free laundry located in basement.

Parking is free in driveway and first come first serve-there are 6 spots. additional free parking located on the street alternating nights- please read street signs as what side to park- we do not reimburse for parking tickets.

You'll have access to the whole house. The building has 8 apartments in total with access to all apartments. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay and the neighborhood is not disrupted.

Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint East Avenue Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of Rochester. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and great walking Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes. East avenue is Rochester most expensive and historic neighborhood
