"Somewhat brusque check in but all other staff could not do enough for you including the lovely lady on breakfast who was kind enough to sit us in the bar and get us a coffee when we explained we didn't want a full breakfast despite being rushed off her feet. There is a pizza vending machine in the carpark which actually is not bad."

"The room allotted to us was not what we needed. We requested a room with a shower and easy access for my husband who is disabled. The room we were eventually given was very small, so much so that the right hand side of the bed was inaccessible, the bathroom was extremely small and poorly lit, it was also too far from the lift. We walked out and found a hotel nearby which was cheaper, of far superior quality and perfect for our needs (walk in shower, high bed, plenty of space). Within 10 minutes...
