"The Abbey is beautiful, even more than the photos tell. The room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing! Furthermore, the staff were extremely helpful in ordering us a cab when we did our wine tasting in the countyside. I will absolutely be staying here again when I return. "

"This property is not n a great location for dinning and exploring the town and attractions. Note that you cannot park near the property. You need to find parking and walk some distance on cobblestone to get to your room. "

"The property was nicely decorated and within walking distance of the major attractions in Siena. Not sure if it is an Italian thing, but, the ones we have stayed at don’t provide soap for showering. Only downside, and that is not too important. "

"Stefanie & Roberto are fabulous hosts. He’s the chef; she’s the baker and they’re both great at what they do. They helped us by drawing out a map for a driving tour with restaurants in little villages that was just so enjoyable."

"Tenuta Fattoria Vecchia is a wonderful place to relax. Georgio and his team are excellent hosts. The sunsets are exceptional. The food could have been a bit more varied, but it is definitely recommended. We were completely satisfied and would loveto come back. Konny and Helmut"

"Lovely, local B&B. Good location for access to walking around town with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Accommodation is upstairs 2 or 3 flights of stairs with no lift but friendly staff on standby to assist. Lovely continental breakfast (need to pre -book or ask on arrival). "

Camere grandi e belle, noi eravamo alloggiati alla camera Dileyni che ha anche il terrazzino che dà sulla via principale adiacente. Gli infissi sono ottimi ed insonorizzati. Molto grande e bello anche il bagno. Tutto pulito. Il centro si trova a poche centinaia di metri, percorribili tranquillamente a piedi. E' presente un bollitore con the, tisane e tazze nella sala comune sempre a disposizione."

The owner Mario is very knowledgeable of the area and is very helpful and overall great guy. He also provides eco tours that are really a remarkable experience."

"Michele and Sara who own this small hotel are great. The restored the property in 2018 to be a charming small inn that is nestled in the Tuscan hills five or six miles from the hilltop fortress of Montalcino. Two very good restaurants in town that Michele was more than happy to contact for dinner reservations. Breakfast in the courtyard was a lovely way to start the day. "

The winery recommendations were extremely helpful because there are so many to choose from. Everything is clean, comfortable, up to date, and simply beautiful. "

"We were on the 1st floor of the villa, and although we’d booked a private bathroom this wasn’t part of the room but across the corridor which was shared with 2 other rooms. Not ideal in the middle of the night! Window to view was very small and didn’t have a curtain, but actually the location is lovely (10 min drive to Sienna) and breakfast is adequate. Can imagine the pool would be lovely in summer. "
