Countryfarm "Bellaria" between Langhe and Monferrato region

A huge independent countryfarm situated in the green, 1 km from Rocca D'Arazzo, tipycal piedmontese village. It's near Asti, Alba, Monferrato and Langhe region, Unesco heritage. It can accomodate max 15 people, and it is so divided: 2 dining rooms, a kitchen, a living room with a wood burning fireplace a bathroom at the ground floor. 3 double rooms ( one of it with a single bed plus), one room with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms at the first floor. A large attic with a double bed and 4 single beds at.
2 cots are available. It’s a old house so it’s fresh inside in summer. In the garden outdoor furniture, bbq, sun umbrellas, deckchairs.
A pool for children ( 2mt. x3mt) is available from june to september.
In the area wineries, restaurants, tipycal trattorie. The farmhouse is for the exclusive use of guests.
