Newly build up villa (May 2023) in a quiet and residential area of Robledo de Chavela (Urbanización Río Cofio), with amazing 360º views with swimming pool, garden and a terrace facing West (so expect amazing sunsets). The house is 2km away from the train station of Robledo, although a car is always convinient to explore the wonders of this area, including the Roman breach of Valdemaqueda, monumental San Lorenzo del Escorial, the funky villages of Fresnedillas de la Oliva and Zarzalo and beautiful paths and natural pools all over the area. Get away from the hussle and bussle of daily life and big town in this quiet and relaxing place, where you'll hear birds as your wake up call in the morning.
