"Room had odd smell, baby spiders & gnats in bathroom area, black hair in sink, bathroom light couldn’t be turned on without extremely loud exhaust fan coming on with it. I’m only 5-11 and 200 pounds; however, I could barely fit in there… Only things good were the cost & the friendly staff. "

However, there were things like the mattresses were not comfortable, the coffee at breakfast was not great and the wallpaper in the shower area is bubbling/peeling. And you do not get a discount on their golfcarts if you book your stay with them."

"Stayed here for Sand Fest. Excellent location! You just walk around the boat launch slips and the free shuttle is right there. There are nicer places to stay but everyone was friendly and helpful. And it’s not a bad place just not a 5 star resort. But good water pressure and a nice bar on the 3rd floor. "

"The property was excellent as it always is when we stay. I booked thru Expedia and the front desk over charged my credit card. They told me it was a fee charged by Expedia. I talked to Expedia and they said they didn’t charge any fees to get an itemized copy of my bill which still has not been sent to me. I guess keeping that supposed fee was worth losing a customer."
