"I loved how beautiful the grounds were. We loved the convenience of having the beach and pools next to each other. I loved the green grassy area for kids to play. We did not enjoy the breakfast service at Atlantic Grille (very slow x 2 days in a row). The rooms are generally a little outdated in their decor. We felt a little "nickel-and-dimed" with the resort charging extra for everything fort he kids. "

"Hotel changed name of the hotel and didn’t let me know so it made it hard to find. The front door was so hard to open that you had to kick it open from the inside whenever you left. Water pressure was good in shower but water was lava hot and would randomly change temperature while you were using it. Free breakfast was a joke. They only offered bagels and muffins- carb loaded. "

"The room was nice, the pool was nice, the location was nice. The only issues we had was that they have a fire pit for guests but the whole weekend we were there we couldn’t use it because staff didn’t know how to turn it on. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. It was about the same temp as the pool. The elevators are crazy slow. It would literally take like 10 minutes to catch one. Other than that not a bad place. Was right on the beach and the pool deck itself was nice. "

"The apartment was clean and we enjoyed our stay except for the shower. It doesnt drain properly. While you are showering the whole basin fills. We loved the shower pressure. However, I think someone should know the water sprays on the floor and wall. The floor is tile so I dont think that will cause damage.
