The room was clean, the kitchen was great, the breakfast was very nice and so was the pool. The staff was nice and friendly and tried to help me with the guest next to me who decided to keep their tv on max volume ALL night long. So not much sleep because of that, but i don't blame the hotel or staff for that. Some people are just well, bless their heart.

The rooms were perfect. The kitchen area was superb! The staff were also very nice. The pool was filthy with gobs of hair both in the water and round the pool on the floor. Door locks were not working and so doors were left open to the outside.

The fact that they are doing construction on the 5th floor but fail to tell guests that who are staying on the 4th floor isnt right at all. We were woken up at 8am from construction work. It was so loud it sounded like they were coming through the floor. The walls are paper thin as is so it was not ideal as we like to sleep in while on vacation. We were moved twice, Lezonne was really helpful and accommodating, she was the ONLY good thing about that hotel. Her customer service skills are top notch! She tried her best to find us a room that wouldn't disturb us at 8am, which I appreciate a lot! Also there were spots in our room that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Very dusty and dirty. I do have pictures. We will absolutely never stay here again. Bottom tier hotel for sure, quite unfortunate.

Would seek this brand again while traveling

Really liked this hotel and certainly would seek out this brand when traveling other places. Room was great with small kitchen area if you wanted to have your own food, comfy quarters and spacious bath. Good breakfast included as well.

Family Trip

The hotel was good, one night the power went out for couple of hours and rooms got a bit warm it was a bit difficult to rest after a long day of driving. Other than that the service, breakfast, areas, location and staff was great.
